I am a freshman in college and have been cooking for awhile now. I became spoiled over the summer by using my brother’s expensive global chef knives and know the importance of a good knife. I cook for myself aswell as my friends on a daily basis and really in need of a good well balanced chef knife.
I am in college and have a pretty tight budget, I admit I am not familiar with the pricing of good quality knives so any advice will be greatly appreciated. Buying online will probably be the easiest for me because my college is in the middle of a tiny tiny town. I have been using a knife I got from walmart and hate every second of using it so I really would like to get a high quality knife pretty soon here. Thanks!
